Well, considering the upgrade prices, yea. About 60/600EUR for 100/1000Mbit, around 40EUR for 200Mbit on 1000Mbit. Sustainable for Moscow and similar, not nice profit area but ok.
Based on that and the TL;DR ToS it seems 100Mbit included as guaranteed in the shared.
They listed 4500 Rubles for 8Gb dedicated and 625 Rubles for upgrade to 1Gbps shared port. Total around $82 as well seen. Better contact them for confirmation
I know what they offer just fine and can estimate how much they pay for BW..? The point is shared is shared... it's not a bad thing (upgrades also straightforward listed) and their prices are pretty good actually, just not what OP seems to want.
