    You should re-read the offer.
It's clearly stated that the offer is recurring and runs until 31st December 2016 only.

I have moved to another location. Do not know about ny low net speed is my fault or not?

  • I Have always liked the specs Dediserve provided but, As far as my experience goes with dediserve. Their network is bad and they will not admit it. They have been fast with support but if the request says network problem they will give you this canned response.

"We don't see any thing wrong from our side" And they will ask if you want to move to other location

And i have moved to other location and it cycle starts again but hardware wise they are great network wise they are blind as bat

    Disclosure: "I'm still a customer"

Hi there. Feel free to pm me some ticket numbers if you are facing any issue? Most network tickets concern isp routing or changes in isps which we can't control or users simply benchmarking intensely which doesn't correlate to real world usage (or expecting a gigabit in Jakarta or singapore for $7 :) (joke))

Are you saying the below is joke and does not show the real world tests & for your record New York is New York not SG or Jakarta

Please guys i like your product but come out of denial and fix the damn thing

I had tested your packages in SG,CJK(Jakarta),AUS,TX(USA) Directly and indirectly i have tested couple other Most of the time the network have problems some have throughput issues some disconnect

I can disclose all public but don't wanna do that as I don't drama

in short your locations are all great but fix the network

In my support tickets i have provided all the details you will require to get it fixed MTR from mutiple locations ,Up-time robot stats, and LG tests similarly located VPS benchmarks.

@dediserve Thanks. The 16G VPS SSD is fine. But the network in New York seems not good:

Is New York network has problems, @dediserve?

@sin: Could you please run network bench on your Psychz, Dallas VPS and post results here?

    • Do you support CoreOS as it seems that there isn't that option for OS template?
    • How much is bandwidth for cloud/resource options?
    • Is KVM management included for server options
    • For server option, after I apply the coupon, it's say current due is 50% but monthly payment is still 100%. Can you help me to check?

    Thank you so much!

  • Will there be more stock in Vienna?

-- Yes, just ask support to delpoy for now, we're doing a huge template refresh for the new year.

    • How much is bandwidth for cloud/resource options?

-- We bundle 1TB per GB RAM

    • Is KVM management included for server options

-- As standard, as well as backup snapshots, firewall and most of our standard features

    • For server option, after I apply the coupon, it's say current due is 50% but monthly payment is still 100%. Can you help me to check?

-- The cart will always show the 'retail' price as recurring - the total now will be your today and recurring price for as long as you have the service active and paid.

    Thank you so much!

    You're very welcome :)

We've more blades on order, but at this time of year, it will be at least a week before they are online

  • @dediserve if I understand correctly, for both cloud & server options, I can use CoreOS and I can do unlimited OS reload/reinstall for free? (not mean to abuse, just want to check because I may change OS few times before deciding to go with the most comfortable one)

    Absolutely.

No, only initial orders, but it's recurring for life (so order more than you need ;) )

  • nice offer and loving the resources since i can customize my VPS spec, but sad network kinda unreliable

there's packet loss sometimes which causes session break

All our networks are rock solid, and showing zero loss. Perhaps your ISP is having routing issues? If you see any issue, do please perform an MTR and open a chat or ticket with our teams.

hmm i don't think so, because even it fails to ping from the VPS itself

all international connection seems just stops at that time

every my clients from various place says the same

i dont think ticket would helps, since it just happens sometimes, which means support will just check at "current" time and says nothing wrong

    imma send it anyway

Do please - perhaps the VM is having some issue, or your IP is being null routed? It's generally impossible to tell without more details tho, so do please open a ticket with us (also no idea which of our 16 locations you are talking about)
