I am looking for a provider that can offer the following in the US, preferably west coast or central.

Xeon E3-1230+ or Dual L5520+

32GB RAM

400GB+ SSD (could be 2x 240GB or 1 drive)

1gbit port

IPMI or KVM with ISO support

/29 IPv4

Budget of $70/month or less.
