Pi Hole setup

Hi guys,
Running pi hole instance on a 128mb vm and it only has ipv4 enabled, everything works well.
My question is do i need ipv6 to block the ipv6 ads, and is ipv6 really needed?
My first attempt at a sky hole setup.

For those wondering wtf is pi hole:
