im looking for budget vps for my storage server budget arount EU / $ - 30 /annually..
on this server, im search hosting allow torrent/p2p (don worry about DMCA thinggy 
im require at least 2tb b/width at 100mbps, 1GB RAM, 2 vcore
in my mind was speedykvm & time4vps..but its offer over than my budget
