Ecatel 1gbps Plan - Any one with them?
Just now came across ecatle plans and it seems to be good for the low price they offering for 1gbps unshared plan.
http://myserverpanel.net//order/?form_id=4
I can see they having unshared 1gbps port on all their servers where most of the host used to share their port.
So i am in thought of moving to them if any one here have a good review about them.
What can be the maximum in and out i can reach in 1gbps plan of them ?
If any one is with them can u post the screen of the speedtest and how is the support and uptime?

Ecatel is a bad word. The internet is a better place when they die.
The problem with Ecatel is their reputation for hosting some not-very-nice people.
As for speed, there's a WHT thread from last year with people testing Ecatel's speeds, they're actually fairly good: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1113198
Downloading their test file, I get ~40M/s from Prometeus and ~55M/s from NodeDeploy Germany.
Not sure how long the offer would be valid. They're only around until I can afford to buy a tank and ship it to my convenient "vacation" address.
ya u can do anything with like i mean anything plot a terrorist attack, next assasination of bill gates, drug traffic on it and they wouldnt care
I guess thats where Pablo Escobar went wrong
the kaspersky guy lived in the server for a while.
What's Ecatel price for this?
(the link you gave does not show pricing)

Says 99 euros when I go through all the steps to checkout.
Ecatel has been great with us. The network is good. Support is a bit slow, but they do get things done the right away.
So as they claiming unshared am i able to burst uplink to 1000mbps ?
yes, you can
