Go and see MT, $12/y as i recall
MT = MediaTemple? I see a lot of provider offer $12.99/year for first year, including Namecheap and Internet.bs
MediaTemple does .co for $12/y recurring.
Media Temple is great for domain names. All of the extensions that they offer are $12/year regardless of if it's a renewal, new domain, or a transfer.
It's great, could you please point me the their domain register page? I couldn't find it on their page and the input field in their home page pointed me to login page when I enter a domain name to search
Edit: I got it now, but it seems they don't accept Paypal
Here it is

http://domainpricemonitor.com/domain-co-coupon.aspx
$7.99 - GoDaddy
$10.99 - Name.com
Does everyone not have this site bookmarked by now?
What's the point of a .CO? Just get a .COM. :P
.com is taken and/or shorter URL are my reasons!
Thanks, bookmarking and done
exactly
Try ZNetIndia
Their price is about $30 USD/year
Godaddy $5.99 up to 5 domains using TREAT599
any other providers do cheaper?
101domain does it $12/year no promotion, coupon code needed.
As i know Average reseller sell >$20 so i think 5$-12$ is best price you can buy.
The cheapest 2nd level .co renewal fee that I found is still MediaTemple, I am now transferring one of my .co domain names to them to test their service.
FYI: They are reseller of OpenSRS (Tucows)
----- Mail from them after I approve the transfer -----
----- Very well draft and clear response mail --------

Is it required to be an existing customer (with a hosting package) of MT to transfer a domain to them ?
@Smile93, yeah stay away from those places, the renewals are just insane, don't know how they get away with it.
