Concerned about VPS Provider

I have VPS with EasyVPS provider. Lately, URL to their billing application gives you "Website currently unavailable". My VPS is working normally but I wonder what will happen when I will have to pay my invoice.

I have no way to communicate with them, Does anyone know the email?

They're having issues with their UK DC I believe, which is probably where the billing was hosted. Give them some time to get everything sorted.

Probably next week, primarily beginning at the top of the Eiffel tower at around 8:32AM on Monday morning. You'll have around 7 seconds to see "it" "end" before you too "end". It should be spectacular!

I believe they've already been cut off and are changing providers.

They've kicked him for the constant DDoS. Honestly I am not really into the things, however he's been ddosed liek the past 2 months. Every provider whould have done that, except of course the DDoS protection specialists.

If I was on his place, I'd figure out why I got targeted, cause the same thing will happen in the new DC.

They cut him off over 24 hours ago, and to be fair I don't blame them for it.

He wants them to nullroute the IPs that are under attack , BurstNET was removing nullroutes though that's what annoyed him.

Some other Manchester DC I presume, Melbourne?

Lets all be fair, the issue wasn't entirely the attack, it was BurstNET's failing to null route the attack in proper time and removing null routes for no reason shortly after.

It isn't much to ask for a provider to be proactive about null routes.

Melbourne's network is a lot smaller than Burstnet... I don't think that was a wise decision.

They're ok. Recently taken over in case anyone wasn't aware. Swanky buildings. Networking staff member who doesn't know his subnet from his elbow ;)

I don't think Melbourne would take him on if they knew about this though.

I had a look at peeringdb only saw 1-5gbps is that true?

Someone is obviously targeting him, everywhere. What happens when they start hopping from IP to IP in his subnet, when they target the main nodes, the switch and etc. . The whole thing continues over 1-2 months now if I am correct, someoen is obviously trying to bring him down. Unless he pays a huge load of money for network equipment and actual ddos protection, he is screwed untill he resolves his problems with the one DDoSing.

Thats why I will be going through our client base and denying the services based on the risk they pose.

Not everyone will be able to host in our UK Location now. Things are going to change.

Not sure of numbers but I believe it's a small network and think they're going to be less forgiving that Burst.

I would say it is around that. A host I know has 1gbps going to their cabinet for the whole cabinet with a 30tb commit.

OK guys, I truly welcome your comments but this discussion is getting nowhere since Jacob already replied to my initial question so I would like to close this discussion if that is possible of course
