Concerned about VPS Provider
I have VPS with EasyVPS provider. Lately, URL to their billing application gives you "Website currently unavailable". My VPS is working normally but I wonder what will happen when I will have to pay my invoice.
I have no way to communicate with them, Does anyone know the email?
Thank you guys!

I don't believe that email will work if their web site doesn't exists but I can certainly try
We still exist, Send all support requests to [email protected]
When will you bring billing back online then?
Sent you a email
Are you talking about...? xD
I hope Burst aren't going to cut him off because of this:

I believe they've already been cut off and are changing providers.

They've kicked him for the constant DDoS. Honestly I am not really into the things, however he's been ddosed liek the past 2 months. Every provider whould have done that, except of course the DDoS protection specialists.
If I was on his place, I'd figure out why I got targeted, cause the same thing will happen in the new DC.
They cut him off over 24 hours ago, and to be fair I don't blame them for it.
Don't forgot the abuse of phone support.
Clearly I'm a little behind! Where's he going now?
Are they aware of his DOS attacks, and is he aware of their policy? (I.e., null route straight away)
They're ok. Recently taken over in case anyone wasn't aware. Swanky buildings. Networking staff member who doesn't know his subnet from his elbow
I don't think Melbourne would take him on if they knew about this though.
Someone is obviously targeting him, everywhere. What happens when they start hopping from IP to IP in his subnet, when they target the main nodes, the switch and etc. . The whole thing continues over 1-2 months now if I am correct, someoen is obviously trying to bring him down. Unless he pays a huge load of money for network equipment and actual ddos protection, he is screwed untill he resolves his problems with the one DDoSing.
Thats why I will be going through our client base and denying the services based on the risk they pose.
Not everyone will be able to host in our UK Location now. Things are going to change.
This will be my last response, thanks.
Not sure of numbers but I believe it's a small network and think they're going to be less forgiving that Burst.
you arent already doing this? that explains some stuff.
OK guys, I truly welcome your comments but this discussion is getting nowhere since Jacob already replied to my initial question so I would like to close this discussion if that is possible of course
If your question was already answered, I'm not sure how it's a problem if the thread trails off to a related subject...?
Is it only the UK nodes having this problem, or are they the ones with lowest quality protection?
A question about BurstNet. Don't they have the facility to notice a DDOS attack and nullroute the IPs automatically? This seems rather suspicious to me. Whether you are a high paying customer or not the facility should be in place. Whether they charge for extra DDOS services is entirely another matter.
I now understand your LEB comment about having to wait for someone t arrive in the morning to fix things.
@mihha You are not the only one who wanted to ask this question - that is why the rest of us are piling in
Hope things go well in the move Jacob
Looking at what easevps offer and what the DC offer I cannot see how this can work without bandiwdth being slashed by more then half.
£20 per 1000GB data transfer per month on 100Mbps port
EaseVPS only had 5TB B/W per server.
@Jack @LV_Matt
Found this on their LEB post by Jacob
Simply because my intention was not to blame Jacob or his services. I am generally satisfied with what his company provided to me so far. This discussion seems like it is starting to throw rocks on him and my intention was not that from the very beginning
Considering small datacenters network the attacks may affect the whole datacenter which would be a dissaster.
I've been waiting for this thread..
As a Brit, I don't like complaining so didn't want to open it.
Got my new VPS information but it won't boot and looks like I have lost data from the solus data, ticket sent.
