You should do more then buy more servers. You should recommend that she pickup a second job to help pay for them.
respect her wishes, no more buying new vps, just upgrade to dedi, ask for more ip, create any vm/vps when ever you want it, you can actually reduce your server, but not the number of vps
No more servers for you should mean no more shopping for her. She will beg you to buy a new server everyday.
