Where do you register your domain names?

Hi there,

We are using Porkbun, the prices are good and has an API. I was wondering what others using and any good alternative to know?

Thanks

Cloudflare is good, except for their inflexibility in that they don't let you use any nameservers other than their own.

Spaceship, Cloudflare and Porkbun are generally going to be on the bottom of the pricing barrel.

    Namecheap & Namesilo

Also you can use https://tld-list.com/ to compare prices of all top-level domains.

I check the price with tldes.com before I buy or renew. Most of my domains are currently registered at Spaceship, Cosmotown, or
    Porkbun.

  • DO NOT USE NAMESILO. Support is a joke, kids behind the keyboards

The supports acted like bunch of kid behind the keyboards. If you want to lost domain, use them. Whatever they wrote on their term, they dont follow their own terms, they act not following any rules or standards. Cant explain more, Just avoid Namesilo.

Generally, whatever is cheapest (unless it's a cheap transfer, and then $20/month renewal or something crazy). I've been transferring away from Porkbun to Spaceship this year. $7.98 transfer is a good deal. I haven't had any issue with Spaceship.
