What ISP? Both LiteServer and UltraVPS are under < 20 ms for me.

liteserver has higer latency for me here so no option

The last time I tried it, LiteServer has a Debian 9 image for OpenVZ (OpenVZ 6) that works.

I have had LiteServer but I'd say it's really pricey (esp. seeing the storage and RAM) from LET standards. But this is just my own opinion. I've not used my VPS much so can't really comment on its per
