that's company debt, that is not something declared or even registered against you personally yet given the time frames.

And large debt over 30k+ which makes it even harder.

at this moment and probably can expect debit collector anytime from PayPal side.

No mention of whether the debt is personally liable or whether is disappears with the business, anyways.

Yeah, $30K debt is a lot, they can legally break both of his legs at least three times for that kind of money.
