Usually Germany based providers or providers that use Hetzner resources, do not fuck around with DMCA. They don't tolerate any DMCA warnings.

Aéza is quite known for having like 1000 bp hosts lol. And yet, they get away with not allowing tor/DMCA stuff in their main brand AFAIK.
