You don't really get it. In today's world, you can't rely on such 'gotchas' in the contract to get people to pay for more than 1 month at a minimum, when your rivals are charging by the hour.

No collectors company I know of would accept to even pursue that, and the court would be pissed for you to even consider to pursue it. Literally a waste of time and money here to even contemplate it.

Indeed. Certainly at least in the UK, it's illegal to be trading while insolvent as you're knowingly unable to pay at least one party you're indebted to.
