Cross border debt collection is expensive and unless they are registered credit provider in your country they won't be able to disrupt your credit report. Just ignore it.

If you want to work with a very professional company, you know, the kind that will sell your next month's unpaid 10$ invoice to a debt collector as unpaid bills, definately the best choice.
