Indeed, the registrant is the domain owner. These costs are therefore only relevant if you put in a command to change the registrant of record, and of course only for TLDs/registries which have these

It seems the confusion in this thread comes from the ‘registrant change’ price listed for .LT domains. This is not our invention but a cost incurred by the registry at which we are directly accredited

The main priority is price, but I also want reasonable CPU performance, and reliable uptime.

I have heard of some providers raising the price if the service gets transferred to match current market conditions. I’m not sure if Hetzner does it though, you could ask support.

2TB SSD in this price range is likely not possible.
