liteserver.nl is pretty nice I think - they'll have good deals on Black Friday but their normal pricing is decent for the quality.

@uptime Maybe LiteServer is an option for you? They have a 4TB VPS for € 7.50 / qtr or 6TB VPS for € 5.00 / mo.

If you can wait until Black Friday, then should be plenty of opportunities to pick up small KVM deals as well. Might keep an eye out for promotional offers from alphaVPS.bg (@AlexBarakov), Budgetnode

Ping to 103.10.29.4 from my @LiteServer and @UltraVPS boxes is 170 ms , both are stable provider in Netherlands .

RTT with LiteServer is comparable. They also provide great service and never had anything to complain neither. However, if I would have decide between those two, I think i3D wins in regards to network
