I think you might be comparing apples to oranges, OVH is known to be the hotbed for all the skids and all that, and ChicagoVPS is just...cheap.

The only reboot I've had on any of my 6 Edis KVMs in the past several months was Iceland this week due to a DDoS attack on someone on the node but the downtime was minimal. By contrast the OVH Roubai
