I've never been able to use google from a datacenter IP address. Even if the address isn't flagged in some spam list, residential addresses can be distinguished from datacenter addresses and a service

Anyway, the "IP" is not only checked if its Residential but also if its considered taking part in fishy business. So we actually reduce the amount of spam requests.

I too like hetzner but tried couple of times and rejected. I think it was due to fact that my ID address and CC address don't match (CC address is official and Id address is permanent residential).

GST is charged based on your residential location. If you are from India a 18% GST rate will apply. 10% GST if you are Australian, ect..
