Some providers limit disk IO so as to make it usable till the end of this century. So disk IO can't tell overselling.

No matter what OS I install, my disk usage is always 31 GB. Which obviously means either template fails to install the OS or the disk is failing due to which it may seem like writing has been done but

mine ended up being a wrong id in whcms and a badly assigned disk, or something to that effect.
