in the Nordics are great, but I also tried Netcup servers in Amsterdam and the speed is great too, so it seems to be a problem with mainly Germany and France. Is there any good alternative to Netcup

Netcup servers are good, but they require verification, which I can't provide. Can you recommend any other hosting providers?
