That error only shows if you set the DNS A record to a Cloudflare IP or 1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1. It shouldn't have anything to do with IP reputation. What IP is your DNS A record set to?

SSL is the only name, there are other problems, when going to the website with Cloudflare Proxy On, Error 1000: DNS points to prohibited IP comes up.

We're exclusively leasing to hosting providers. Each /24 will include a free/48 IPv6 address. LOA, ROA, DNS Delegation, etc., will be set up for the hosting provider who rents.

otherwise doesn't go smoothly a switch is just a DNS change or two. Everything on there is pretty static so the most I'll lose is a few log entries if a technical issue blocks a final sync.

Good catch! The IPv6 reverse DNS delegation for London wasn't set up yet.

We’ve now migrated to a different CDN provider to prevent similar incidents in the future. Full access will be restored shortly, once DNS propagation is complete.

BTW, do you support IPv6 Reverse DNS? I am not even seeing a nameserver delegation for the London IPv6 range.
