I'm Looking for DMCA ignored VPS

No need to ignore DMCA, I don't have high bandwidth requirements, I'll only use it to run automation projects and only need = 1gbps

Unless you have specific needs, consider getting a dedi from elsewhere and tunnel it through a DMCA-ignored VPS so you get the best of both worlds.

We did not search for Moldova for adult and DMCA, root.md only accepts MD citizens. mangohost.net is also for UK.

root.md looks like a reseller of mangohost.net, but much cheaper. It seems they don't allowed adult contents and have no dmca ignore?
