Has anyone reviewed the resources and panel features of HostBrr Storage Box?

But here is a big problem these emails are not working not for incoming nor outgoing. After this try, I ask to resolve this problem to HostBrr, then they replied me as:

I love my hostbrr DA storage box. It is maybe not the fastest but this is fine for my casual rclone backups. Have not experienced any downtime.
