We usage big residential ASN (AS 9050)

I am looking for a small vps server with 1GB ram 1 core and 1-2 TB traffic in Dusseldorf location specifically. If this can be via a residential ip then that the best I can ask for.

But let's not forget: We talk about hosting in a residential building with limited bandwidth - compared to the benefits of a professional datacenter.

Get starvpn subscription - it gives you a residential comcast or att IP in the US, and its $20/m.

Their DDOS might be among the best but that's not helpful when a single residential gigabit user can eat your machine's entire pipe. I don't even know what use cases would thrive with a 100 or 250 mbp

Little creek has US residential IP's, maybe buy the cheapest plan for like a month and see if it works for you

For comparison, tests from one of the devices connected to the router on my residential connection (I didn’t stop media server before running tests so upload speeds are likely lower than expected):

• Bandwidth: 1Gbps, unmetered, although 50TB would probably be enough. I can reach 1Gbps on my residential connection so I don’t want VPN to be the bottleneck.

That's a growing problem for every VPN to be honest. Sites are blocking non-residential IPs, which basically means VPNs and VPSs.
