I ended up trying out @LiteServer but service setup for vps is still pending...logged support ticket no response.. does not give me confidence.

What happened to LiteServer? Seems like their prices raised up. Reorientation? There were a lot of budget plans 6 monhs ago. Now their plans start from 5 euro/mo.

There’s only one option: @LiteServer. Not really in Amsterdam, but Dronten is ~2-3 ms away from there. You’re not going to notice that.

Can't go wrong with @LiteServer but why don't you check out Servarica ( @Servarica_Hani ) who're based in Canada and I think should be OK for your legal exclusions and conditions?

Germany probably won’t be a problem then, still: LiteServer has existed for years, is stable and has a good network. And with the 25% discount it’s affordable as well.
