Liteserver 's revamped storage vps lineup should be perfect for Seafile.

We're not a one man band, LiteServer has a great team of techs. But we just don't offer 24/7 support on unmanaged VPSes. For managed VPSes (SLA) we do though, but those are in a different price range

I have been using LiteServer for well over an year and have had very little issues with it. Stable and reliable, and the price is also very attractive. Overall a very good choice.

I ended up trying out @LiteServer but service setup for vps is still pending...logged support ticket no response.. does not give me confidence.
