I had an issue that my VPSes were completely offline for over 3 months (!). I had raised this to NatVPS and they said (basically) "ok, hold on, because we're transitioning to KVM)."

NatVPS.net Singapore has recently migrated to kvm, and I think the experience is good. It seems to be the same company as webhorizon.
