seems they use dnsmadeeasy ?

If the DNS service is able to determine the origin (country) of the IP address it is serving, then it should route it to the closest destination.

say I have multiple any cast DNS server setupped with different 'A' record at each or more than one 'A' record each. so what will happen basically ?

I'm sure you need an Anycast DNS with geo location support*

is it possible achieve such configuration with DNS where the DNS server will select the server based on the clients geo location ?

Looks like their dns servers are messed up.

I'm guessing that happens because my ISP does also some kind of DNS blocking and an anonymous Squid Proxy is not enough...

On my other domains I'm using Route53 (for my Cloudfront sites), and I've used Hurricane Electric free DNS in the past.

Likely the DNS servers are not even blocked, the GFW just replaces the result on-the-fly with a Chinese IP, NXDOMAIN or 0.0.0.0.

How about dns servers inside China? Like alidns. Unless if you are targeting worldwide users that is.

Have you considered using Rackspace DNS they are providing the service for free and so far it has worked fine on my end.

you might want to try resetting all dns records, could help out. Clear all records from your registrar and then set them again

There are many free DNS services in China!

I have tried the free nameservers by Rackspace, Vultr, Cloudflare, they all got bad results in China. I know this is influenced by GFW maybe. Do you know which DNS service is friendly to China locatio

1-PS4 which only accepts smart DNS (I want it to watch Netflix USA)

Well i only use the DNS. So everything has the magic grey cloud. And 100% uptime from the last 2 year with business customers in Hungary.

Definitely Rage4 - DNSSec, GEO DNS, Anycast, near all kind of NS types and cheap!
