This seems pretty normal among unmetered providers. If it was unlimited they would say unlimited. "Unmetered" almost always means there's no hard cap, but if the network is congested

The only important thing is that it should have at least 50Mbps speed and at least 2Tb bandwidth for a month

So for more disk space and better CPU I think it will be hard to find one with your current budget.

Do your default templates use the discard filesystem flag or have fstrim -a in a cronjob? Because I bet that would significantly reduce compressed disk image size.

Most complaints are speed of processing. Some domain orders can take 12+ hrs to process while others are instant.
