I have some services from Kuroit and I think they provide Residential IPs too. Check their discord channel (they usually reply fast)

@LittleCreek uses Cogent I believe. It will be “corporate/business” which is the next best thing to residential

Guys, can you recommend me some service providers that offer residential IP in the US or UK? Are there any Cogent Communications distributors here?

You may or may not agree with the pricing, but truly residential IPs are quite difficult (to not say impossible) in such locations, that's why I got these 2 basically.
