Yes. Plus, if that VPS runs even with modest performance, it's a simple and dirt cheap way to have some small box as say, a secondary NS and pretty much "forget" about it for years.

@alwyzon recommended above is top-notch. Even if not as cheap as you would expect (I suppose) you can't go wrong with them.

All the purchased equipment not cheap. This investment was made to offer 10Gbit as a standard with planned options to book up to 40Gbit of traffic for the mass/bulk.

Use AWS Lightsail SGP/JP, cheap and the speed and latency are both good enough for this purpose.
