Also, a couple of people mentioned this, but I missed it if you've answered... Is downgrading to earlier version of WHMCS totally out of the picture?

WHMCS has a feature request page they seem to pay some attention to, if enough of you go there and upvote one of these being submitted.

The funniest part is that WHMCS initially criticized us for having a MySQL setting "too high" and told us to run MySQLTuner, and MySQLTuner perpetually just tells us to increase it f

Then you all set, but WHMCS Trash does no recognize your payment, because on the call back you end up getting a timeout.

They've already mentioned earlier in the thread that newer versions of WHMCS have a customer database query that is significantly less efficient than in older versions, which is (at least partly) why

Maybe if they resolve the bot issue- their server would work better. Maybe if they had a stronger infra, their syhstem would work. It seriously isnt all on WHMCS- virmach has had 2 high volume years

Agreed. Eventually, the performance of the most optimized app is still bounded by the hardware it's running on. I think VirMach mentioned in one of the threads that WHMCS asked them to throw more hard

@ben47955 Hard to worry about single-use coupon code reselling when you already have the server swamped with bots and WHMCS overselling shared-use coupons.

Instead of promo codes, just save the purchased flash sales into a queue of orders to be placed, and then have a separate service that syncs the queue into WHMCS. That way, customers are not directly

Would it be possible to place the orders via this tool which then generates the services and invoices in WHMCS asynchronously to reduce the load on the WHMCS panel? Just a thought...
