This is also what I see as limits within my account. Suppose you don't downsize, you will have used up your free hours after half of the month. That means as free tier user they will turn your VPS off

I have my doubts that this bandwidth would be available / honoured though as it seems too far the opposite direction. You could push 66TB a month through that, which is so far in excess of what you'd

Last year I faced the same in my Japan server. I tried vmc a few times. then tried to reinstall the OS multiple times. One time, resintall work and VPS became responsive again.
