No its not possible to achieve that latency because that is direct connection between zayo routers on each side. Testing from a vps will give you more latency because it has to go through your provide

Deluxhost VPS is the cheapest here and mostly supports my VPN better. It accepts almost all my SLOWDNS IP address and allow the slowdns IP to give connection flawlessly unlike some other VPS I bought

Yeah I checked my vps and yeah there is rescue mode. With the extra resources idk put some docker containers on it.

Last time I checked... the VPS line up in the US specifically did not have rescue mode but in the docs it's there so I guess that's new.

yea using rescue mode is the method for OVH since they don't allow custom iso on VPS.
