FYI, ipserverone all machine are running dedicated 100Mbps. but personally i prefer ipserverone and is far better then shinjiru on the routing part.

Shinjiru network is not the best. you can view their BGP routing in somewhere.

For the vast majority of smaller local (less famous) providers, most of them are on 10-100mbps and sometimes (shinjiru) reboot your VPS during midnight and didn't boot up until you notice it the next
