SSDNodes Texas location is the best. They have mostly Gold CPU for both basic and performance plans in Texas. Also, Texas does not seem overcrowded like their other locations. I would suggest avoiding

You can overcommit everything including RAM via KVM balooning or even make a big swap on host system and use it as RAM on virtual machines (SSDNodes does this).
