Hi guys I'm in need of two UK VPS for cPanel DNS only. Need to be on different networks also please. Can I install cPanel DNS only on 512MB?

99.9% of my customers are US based so the DNS servers are west, central and east US. If you're dealing with UK customers, I would have them in separate data centers in anticipation of a network issue.

I run my own DNS, and have a secondary or two in the case that my nameservers are magically fucked. You can get free secondary from OVH, HE, Afraid.org, and.. countless other places.

If you're at LET, and you've at least a few drops in technical knowledge, chances are you know what DNS is :P

It's not really that big of a problem to run 2 DNS servers from reputable providers.

I have a Powerdns cluster setup for the same purposes. Works great for me. Never ran into DNS issues after I set up my own.Ofcource it comes with some maintenance but it'll be worth it.

It will most probably be possible to tunnel through TXT records in DNS requests via Iodine, but also pretty slow. I used to use that setup in combination with Ziproxy in extreme situations.
