HostDzire is an official reseller of Leaseweb, and allow direct-to-customer sales. I believe they can be even a bit cheaper than Leaseweb because of their reseller discounts? But I may be wrong.

I believe it needs 2 core CPUs. I didn't manage to install it on my 1 core 4Gb VPS. Went with ZeroClaw in a docker container instead,
