If you don't really need raid0 for the performance gain, I'd suggest to have the disk just as single drives mounted or look into using LVM to combine but without striping.

Picked up the Gaming-Nvme-1 VPS from 0ping.eu a few days back. Didn’t really know what to expect, but honestly I’m impressed - CPU, disk, and network all feel snappy.

We didn't make any changes, it's likely different because the hypervisor has other clients on it who may or may not be using disk io whenever this test was performed.
