Fraud, you mean? Well, if the user didn't use 3D secure and/or provide a photo of the front and back of his card, he could still charge back anyway, with pretty much no chance of the merchant winning

We use Bitpay as merchant, and I've paid for services with merchants using both coingate and bitpay. Both are decent from a users experience IMHO.
