No this is just colo pricing. I think he said if you only need 1 Gb uplink it could be $49/month. Otherwise with 10 Gb uplink, it’s $59. The server is yours after 6 months.

If you bought super cheap and doubt the provider, you have to test it before you use it for your precious data.
