Maybe @layer7 on the VPS side, 30TB are possible on their Cloud Storage VPS, as far as I know, maybe it's possible to stretch that limit

I have a $22/year VPS in WDC from HostDZire which I got in July last year. Specs looked good, pricing was decent so I thought why not? At the time I didn't really have a use for it, but just in case..

Sounds like you need a dedicated server but if vps works then I would check out OVH VPS. You can get a lot of vCPU and Ram for cheap.
