Also check out Azure's DNS offering too. Personally I prefer route 53 on AWS.

A policy record represents the application of an Amazon Route 53 Traffic Flow policy to a specific DNS name (such as www.example.com) in order to use the traffic policy to manage traffic for that DNS

Assuming you have 3 edge locations in total respectively one in North America, Europe and Asia you pay about $2 per month at Amazon. Can't get any cheaper than this and you are free to chose your indi

So in a sense, it's a matter of having a correctly/properly set up anycast if you want the LET approach... As I mentioned, I personally prefer the GeoDNS route, but it gets real expensive as you add m

GeoDNS or Latency based DNS is going to be more reliable than anycast. Reliable in a sense that it will route visitors to the correct destination more consistently.

The cheapest I know so far is ClouDNS: https://asia.cloudns.net/geodns/

It doesn't have to be, although the DNS provider will generally do anycast to increase availability and performance.

Huh? Isn't geo-DNS based on anycast?

Can you recommend a good Geo-DNS? I've been looking for one for some time

Are you sure you need anycast? In almost all cases geo-DNS will work as well, or even better.

I would prefer having static IPv6. Dynamic IPv6 would be acceptable, but it's obviously much worse option. I can naturally update my own DNS if and when required, but that's still lame solution.

Don't they provide a dns name for your ipv6 address that is dynamically updated when the ipv6 changes?

There isn't any option to select stuff you install but you might actually break panel by customising few things like DNS.

How do I stop installing of the email, DNS, phpmyadmin, ftp and all the other features packaged in Cyberpanel install? If not available feature, is it an easy tweak on the install script?
