There are plenty of cheap providers out there with high quality servers. Heck, the $1/month servers from Netcup are stellar and there are plenty of other examples.

I have it from their 2022 offer on LET. It's honestly one of the best and most stable services I have used, as stable as hetzner, and netcup, without asking for too much KYC like the german providers.

I never said 25€ per year, that was for some other vps, I quoted netcup's 12€ per month price in a comment, couldn't edit the post anymore
