serverastra.com supports bitcoin. They have nice KVM VPSes in Hungary (and dedis as well).

ServerAstra.com has EPYC vpses in Hungary and I really like my plan there.

serverastra.com has dedis in Hungary and they accept crypto, worldstream.nl accepts bitcoin (and they have some great cheap dedis)

Serverastra is in Magyar Telecom DC and not VH 18-22, they do nice unmetered if you need the BW especially to DTAG - but not useful for OP price wise.
