DMCA?

I haven't actually read what this bill says, but i guess it will affect the majority of LEB users in the same way as DMCA affects them - i.e. not at all.

Also, on the note of this topic colorhost.co (and net) does not steal software, and it was dealt with when i received the DMCA.

ovh's not too good for vps's hosting they format your server after you get 2 or 3 dmca's, reinstalling a node for one clients action is not worth it.

Suck it up alas. If you check all of the 'clones' on there, they're all templates. Sending a DMCA won't help anyone because you don't own the rights to the work, themeforest does.

What i want is not a host that will delete DMCA-s, etc, just tolerant and do not suspend my site as soon as i get one - only sends a mail about it (or ticket) and gives time to remove the content (24

DMCA has no effect over european hosts so i would suggest looking for something there. Warez linking however is a whole different kettle of fish to torrenting.

So any alternative out there? I'm not looking for a seedbox host, but for a cheap host that allows warez linking (or more likely: do not monitor the content till dmca) and can allow a few dmca per mon

Of-course! Canadian DMCA is international, more work(more a headache). US is almost always local, threaten the owner, doesn't work go after the ISP!
