@rapidnode is not dmca flexible they will suspend your vps if you get multiple dmca complaints.There are other providers in voxility which are dmca flexible, ixam, alibabahost, megardp and webcare360.

It dont has to be bottom-of-the-barrel-cheap. Its about high bandwith usage and "flexible" DMCA policy
