I had this issue with Netcup. Windows only supports up to 2 sockets for it's normal OS, and up to 4 sockets for it's Workstation level OS. However some providers seem to emulate the CPU as 1core/socke

netcup is also good, especially if you wait for deals. The single-threaded performance is weaker but it's hard to beat them overall

In my defence, I use my Netcup server for Jellyfin which every once in a while requires transcoded stream. Mostly it does direct play but when client doesnt support the codecs and other media wizardar
